Hi Y’all
SOME NEW VIDEOS! (Below)
These videos are not going to be for everyone, because they are about HWT as it applies to Hypnotherapy (I have decided to use the term “hypnotherapy” for convenience, although personally I don’t like the whole ‘therapy’ frame, and am more of a ‘changework’ guy).
I have had a lot of people asking me about Hypnotherapy applications for HWT, with many of those asking if it has any ‘therapeutic’ applications. The short answer is ‘YES’!!! In fact, although I am thought of by many as a ‘street hypnosis’ guy, my primary profession is changework and Hypnosis (Without Trance) is a major tool.
If you are going to watch these videos, please watch both! The content is probably richer in the second, but the first is there to set it up.
I do hope that people find them useful, and if you do, please do leave a comment!
Enjoy
P.S. I was a little bit grumpy when I started recording this vid, so forgive me if I am not my usual jolly self! 😉

June 9, 2010Hi James – thanks for the info! I have to agree that the process based approach is not only more rewarding, but works much better as well. I started off reading scripts and felt like a chump… now I actually feel like a hypnotist. Also, didn’t notice a huge amount of grumpiness in this vid – maybe just some added emphasis getting your point across about how to do hypnosis like an actual hypnotist.

June 17, 2010James, Great vid and thanks for the mention on vid no:2 To the people that haven’t yet used HWT in their sessions I strongly recommend it 100%! As You said regarding the way I ‘play around’ with it I’m so chuffed at the results I get with clients especially using this phenomenon at the end as a wow factor for them, massive responses!
Thanks

August 10, 2010Hello James,
I’ve spent the last few hours reviewing every post and video on your blog. I’ve done this because I was considering getting your HWT home study course (I initially wanted the No-Fail material but I missed out on your pre-launch sale).
I say “was considering” because something you said during part two of the videos above, regarding HWT and Hypnotherapy, really clinched my decision. You said that the processes of NLP are to be implemented as a feedback loop with the client. This reminded of something Jeffrey Stephens (the person I consider my first hypnosis mentor) once said: “The stuff in NLP that works, works because it’s hypnosis.”
I’ve been following your blog from day one. Of all the people who describe hypnosis you are the one with which I most agree. In my opinion you are advancing the field of hypnosis with your HWT teachings.
Keep up the good work.
Sincerely,
Korey
PS I look forward to receiving your course. Have you ever considered offering instant download as opposed to shipping CDs and DVDs?

August 10, 2010Hi Korey – Thank You!
One day I may well get the stuff onto download, but for now it will remain CD’s/DVD’s!
All the very best
