In performing any hypnosis induction, the specific content is not so important as your level of presence and engagement in the facilitation of it.
In this demonstration I have chosen a simple ideodynamic piece to illustrate this principle but it holds just as true for facilitating any hypnotherapy or NLP process.
As an aside here… with hypnosis is is best ultimately to develop your own style and incorporate your own unique set of influences. Right here you will no doubt be able to spot influences from my years of Taijiquan / Tai Chi Chuan practise in how I facilitate this piece.
